Description of the property

This Catalan townhouse oozes style and offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the best of a modern holiday stay whilst experience a bit of history.

Despite its city center location, the house offers a haven of tranquility in spacious accommodation spread over 3 floors .

The entrance to the house leads directly into the attractive dining room with an antique solid wood table and chairs. There are also two wooden rocking chairs, a fireplace (out of use) and some traditional furniture that add a special touch to the space.

The dining room leads to a small patio (open to the sky) with a beautiful collection of local plants.

From here, our guests will find the kitchen, which maintains its original cabinets and charm, but all the appliances, such as oven, stove, fridge/freezer and even the sink, have been modernized for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a small round table and two chairs, perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast before hitting the beach.

Also, a At street level, our guests will find a large living room with two white three-seater sofas each, an armchair, a fireplace (out of use), a small collection of Catalan ceramics and old paintings by local artists on the walls. . This area is directly connected to the aforementioned kitchen and dining room.

A flight of stairs with beautiful blue and white tiles leads to the first floor where our guests will find all the bedrooms.

The master bedroom has an impressive solid wood double bed with a carved wood headboard. There are three more bedrooms on this level, two of them with a double bed each and the last one with two single beds, one hidden under the other (trundle bed) so the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. . . All bedrooms have ceiling fans to cool the air on summer nights.

There are two modern bathrooms on the first floor, each with a shower, sink and toilet.

Higher up, on the second floor, our guests will find a large multipurpose room with different areas including a study area with a large table for glass ideal for working with the computer, a seating area with a sofa, flat screen TV and two armchairs and another chill out area with a beautiful sofa with an iron structure and cushions imitating old mattresses, the perfect place for a while to relax.

But the highlight of this level and also of the entire property is the large and well-equipped terrace that opens from the multipurpose room.

The terrace has an L-shaped sofa, some extra chairs and many local plants, most of the year, with flowers. This terrace is a very special place to relax with your family or friends and reminisce about all the exciting adventures you had during a busy day of sightseeing, while sharing a glass of your favorite drink. You will surely enjoy unforgettable evenings on this terrace!

There is a third full bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Finally, another flight of stairs leads to the roof terrace, where our guests can enjoy stunning views over the rooftops of the old town and partial sea views.

There is a small laundry room accessible from the roof where our guests will find the washing machine and some cleaning utensils.

Thanks to its thick walls, the entire property is well insulated from the summer heat, but there is an air conditioning unit on the second floor, the warmest, to provide additional comfort for our guests. Similarly, there is a new air conditioning unit on the ground floor to keep the common areas cool.

Visit us during the winter months, the villa is equipped with central heating through hot water radiators.

Beach Villa Aralinn offers free wifi to all our guests.

We do not recommend this villa for people who may have difficulty accessing the rooms via various stairs and we suggest keeping younger children under supervision at all times.

Please note that the villa is located on a pedestrian street, so the front door is not accessible by car. The villa does NOT have a parking space.

Villa Aralinn is a wonderful example of a traditional Sitges property on a quiet street and just a few steps from the beach with a beautiful private rooftop terrace that provides a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Check In Information:

- You will be asked to sign a rental contract for the stay.

- You must pay the tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council (1 euro per person and night | maximum 7 nights | the children under 16 years old do not pay)

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. at 9:00 pm After 9:00 pm there is a small fee of €30 and after midnight it is €50.

- Check-out time is 11 am.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
