Ocean Spirit House

Ocean Spirit House is a beautiful holiday home just 1 minute from the beach in the Vinyet area, with a community pool and private parking.

The house has a capacity of 8 guests. On the first floor there is the living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a patio for dining and a small private garden. On the second floor of the house there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. There are towels and sheets for your comfort.

If you are looking for space and not to be in the center but a little more secluded in a very quiet and charming area, this is the ideal house.

Arrival information:

The tourist taxes required by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure time is 11 am

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
