Fantastic apartment in the center of Sitges in a family property with a communal pool , with capacity for 8 people.

This practical and comfortable apartment is located in the center of Sitges in one of the quietest streets, and in a very familiar community of neighbors, where you can find the community pool, and large spaces to enjoy your vacation.

The apartment, located on the third floor, has a large living room with access to the terrace overlooking the pool, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay, two complete bathrooms with a shower and 4 bedrooms: one with a large double bed (1.5m), another with two single beds and the last two bedrooms with a double bed (1.35m) each.

The apartment has Wi-fi available, air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
