Clarimar Beach Apartment

Fantastic apartment in the center of Sitges in a family community, with capacity for 8 people and a community pool.

Upon entering the house, which is located on the first floor, we find the kitchen open to the living-dining room and a large terrace with views of the community pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you will need for your stay: washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker...

It also has a terrace overlooking the pool, ideal for sitting down to have breakfast or lunch/dinner.

From the hallway we will find 4 double bedrooms (two with 1.50m beds and two with 1.35m beds), with wardrobes and two complete bathrooms with a shower.

This home is fantastic for spending a relaxed vacation with family and/or friends, since the community is very quiet and you can enjoy the community area with gardens, swimming pool, rest areas...

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

The apartment met my requirements: the presence of a beach, a swimming pool, restaurants, but away from the bustling center. Everything was great, I'm happy with the apartment.
