Garden Vinyet

This beautiful apartment is located in the Vinyet of Sitges, a residential neighborhood of low houses and very quiet. 200 meters from the beach and about 10 minutes walk from the center of Sitges.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating, large and private garden, private parking, 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms and independent kitchen.

Located on the ground floor, all on one floor, it resembles a house because it has its private pedestrian entrance and the parking lot is for the exclusive use of our guests. It has a private garden equipped with an electric awning, hammocks for sunbathing, a large table and chairs for eating. The garden is a splendid space for breakfast or dinner by candlelight.

The apartment is accessed from the large windows that overlook the garden. Upon entering we find the living room with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal.

The main room has a double bed measuring 1.50 x 2 m and access to the garden. There is air conditioning and large closets.

The second room has a double bed measuring 1.35 x1.90 m, air conditioning and a door with access to the front patio of the apartment.

The third room has a single bed and a window to the interior patio.

There is 1 full bathroom with a shower and a toilet.

It is a ground floor located in one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Sitges, ideal for families or groups of 5 people.

In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
