Description of the property

Elite Penthouse Bonaire

Luxury apartment in the center of Sitges, on the legendary Bonaire street, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and just 2 minutes walk from the beach.

This apartment can accommodate 7 people, and is an ideal place to spend a dream vacation!

It is located on the top floor of the building, with elevator access.

Modern apartment consisting of a large living room connected to the kitchen and with access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped for whatever you will need during your stay: refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, osmosis water, kitchen utensils...

The terrace, from which you can see the sea through a glass window, has a table for all diners and a chill-out to relax, it has an awning to protect yourself from the sun during peak hours.

On this same floor we find two very large bedrooms, both with a double bed, TV and also share access to an auxiliary balcony at the back. One of them has a full en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also another large bathroom with a shower tray.

Going up the stairs, we access the third bedroom and the large terrace. In the bedroom we find a double bed, a TV and a complete bathroom with a shower. It is also connected to the laundry area.

From this bedroom we access the large terrace, which on the one hand is covered for those hours of sun, and has two sun loungers and a solar shower, ideal for cooling off.

Security Deposit

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Great property in a great location. 20 minutes walk from the beach and a few more to the old town where there are some great places to eat and drink. The views from the property are great, the pool was perfect for jumpin...

I only had positive experience in this accommodation. Everything is in good condition. Home appliances and kitchen stuff helped with the meals. Only three blocks from the beach and the kids loved the well maintained pool...
