Description of the property
Fantastic detached house in Sitges, ideal for families with capacity for 9 people. Very well located in a quiet area, just 5 minutes walking from the beach of Aiguadolç and Sant Sebastià and the train station and a supermarket next door. Very close to Barcelona and 30 minutes from El Prat airport. This detached house, located in an exclusive residential complex, has 3 bedrooms. On the main floor we find in an open space ideal to enjoy with family and friends, the fully equipped kitchen, a small enclosed terrace, a bathroom and the spacious and bright living room with access to the patio. From the patio you can easily access the common area where you can enjoy the swimming pools, the gym and the tennis court throughout the year. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, another bedroom with up to 4 single beds and a second bathroom with shower. On the roof, from you can see fantastic views of the sea, the pool and the city of Sitges, you will find a shower and barbecue Argentina, with space to enjoy lunch and dinner. In the lower part of the house, there is also a single space with an independent kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bunk beds, one double and one single. The whole house has air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi. There is also a parking option for a car inside the house and more free parking on the street. Ideal for one or two families, very close to Barcelona. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - Tourist taxes must be paid, as required by the Townhall of Sitges (0.90 euros per person per night | maximum of 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)

Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
