I had the pleasure of working with Alexia to rent my apartment, and I’m very happy with the whole experience. From the first time we met, she made me feel welcome and comfortable in this new city, which really meant a lot to me. Alexia always answered my questions quickly and kindly, even when I was a bit picky. She speaks good English, which helped a lot since I can’t communicate much in Spanish. She’s not only kind and professional, but also very warm and caring. I come from Japan, where people don’t show much affection, so I was really touched when she gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek—it made me feel cared for.
