I had the pleasure of working with Alexia to rent my apartment, and I’m very happy with the whole experience. Alexia always answered my questions quickly and kindly, even when I was a bit picky. She speaks good English, which helped a lot since I can’t communicate much in Spanish. She’s not only kind and professional, but also very warm and caring. I come from Japan, where people don’t show much affection, so I was really touched when she gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek—it made me feel cared for.
