Lorena was amazing throughout our search for an apartment in Sitges. She was so kind, professional, and attentive from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to help us, which made the whole process incredibly easy. We recommend her 100%. Thank you so much for everything, Lorena! 🤍

We have Lorena at Hello Homes and can only wholeheartedly recommend her. She has demonstrated great professionalism, constant availability, and meticulous attention to detail in all our interactions. Always ready to advise us, very receptive, and with a great sense of humor, she guided us with complete peace of mind. A huge thank you to her and the entire Hello Homes team! 🫶🌸

We went through a fairly complex property purchase, but throughout the entire process we were supported with great patience, professionalism, and availability. Leo was always attentive to our needs and, above all, able to handle both the buyer’s and the seller’s needs with balance and sensitivity. We particularly appreciated his ability to listen, mediate during the more delicate moments, and find practical solutions, while always maintaining an empathetic and professional approach. His expertise made the experience much smoother and more reassuring. We truly appreciated his way of working and we definitely recommend him.

Lorena, thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ Sometimes, when you start a process like this, you think you're simply going to find someone to help you sell a property, but with Lorena, it was so much more than that. From the very first moment, she made us feel supported, listened to, and understood. Lorena was attentive to us at all times, taking care of every detail and even helping us with tasks that weren't her responsibility. And she always did it with tremendous willingness and care. For us, it was so important to find someone who, in addition to doing her job impeccably, is truly committed and cares about the people she works with. She gave us peace of mind in moments when we needed it and helped us far more than she probably even realizes. Lorena, we are incredibly grateful for everything: your professionalism, your patience, your approachability, and above all, the human touch you demonstrated throughout the entire process. We feel so lucky to have found you and, especially, to have worked with such a great professional and a wonderful person. Lorena is someone you always want to be around. Thank you for everything ❤️

We want to thank Lorena for her outstanding professionalism, knowledge of the real estate market, and dedication throughout the entire buying and selling process of our apartment. From the very first moment, she inspired confidence in us, provided clear and effective advice, and attended to every detail until the final signing. Her experience, management skills, and personal touch made such an important transaction much simpler and more secure. We wholeheartedly recommend Lorena to anyone looking for a committed and efficient professional. Thank you so much for your excellent work!

good comments about you

Words cannot express our gratitude to Lorena for everything she has done for us during such an important time as buying our house. From the very beginning, her warmth, dedication, and commitment made the entire process much more than just a simple real estate transaction. She has always been available, guiding us every step of the way with endless patience and impeccable professionalism. But above all, we want to highlight something that has been fundamental for us: her enormous empathy and sensitivity to the needs of my mother, who is visually impaired. She listened, understood, and attended to every detail as if it were her own. Lorena didn't just help us find a house; she helped us find a home. And along the way, we gained something even more valuable: the peace of mind of knowing we were in the best hands… and the joy of knowing we now have a friend in Sitges. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, Lorena. We will never forget it.

We were looking for a house, but Lorena told me about a plot of land she had come across, and it turned out to be a real gem. Although the process took more than six months, I felt protected and supported by her every step of the way. She took care of things that probably weren't her responsibility, just to put my mind at ease and answer all my questions. You can tell she's someone who genuinely cares about the feelings of everyone involved, not just about closing the deal. And even though the sale is finalized, she's still been there for me: she's given me contacts for the next stage, as if her support didn't end with the signing. Lorena, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your warmth and kindness, for making me feel like family during a process that can sometimes be overwhelming. I'm so incredibly lucky to have found you. ❤️
