Lorena is like few others in the world. She's incredibly kind, incredibly helpful, and her honesty makes her truly unique. We are so grateful for her support throughout the apartment search and even the purchase itself. We've never met anyone as passionate and knowledgeable as her. Without a doubt, the best. Thank you, Lorena, for being a part of our lives.

We went through a fairly complex property purchase, but throughout the entire process we were supported with great patience, professionalism, and availability. Leo was always attentive to our needs and, above all, able to handle both the buyer’s and the seller’s needs with balance and sensitivity. We particularly appreciated his ability to listen, mediate during the more delicate moments, and find practical solutions, while always maintaining an empathetic and professional approach. His expertise made the experience much smoother and more reassuring. We truly appreciated his way of working and we definitely recommend him.

We have Lorena at Hello Homes and can only wholeheartedly recommend her. She has demonstrated great professionalism, constant availability, and meticulous attention to detail in all our interactions. Always ready to advise us, very receptive, and with a great sense of humor, she guided us with complete peace of mind. A huge thank you to her and the entire Hello Homes team! 🫶🌸

Words cannot express our gratitude to Lorena for everything she has done for us during such an important time as buying our house. From the very beginning, her warmth, dedication, and commitment made the entire process much more than just a simple real estate transaction. She has always been available, guiding us every step of the way with endless patience and impeccable professionalism. But above all, we want to highlight something that has been fundamental for us: her enormous empathy and sensitivity to the needs of my mother, who is visually impaired. She listened, understood, and attended to every detail as if it were her own. Lorena didn't just help us find a house; she helped us find a home. And along the way, we gained something even more valuable: the peace of mind of knowing we were in the best hands… and the joy of knowing we now have a friend in Sitges. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, Lorena. We will never forget it.

Alexia was brilliant, professional and helped me find my perfect home in sitges. I would highly recommend her .I can not speak Spanish and she had perfect English which made my purchase so easy. Alexia and Lorena we're exceptional with their advice and help throughout the whole buying process .It such a pleasure!

Lorena is more than just a real estate agent: she's a human compass of good taste, an explorer of detail, and a professional storyteller of positivity. She's one of those people who shows you an apartment and, without you even realizing it, you end up smiling as if you'd been invited for a vermouth on the beachfront. She showed us two apartments, but it could have been twenty: her patience is legendary, the kind you only see in people who genuinely enjoy helping others. No rush, no pressure, no empty promises. Lorena is honest, transparent, and incredibly detail-oriented. If there's something beautiful in a house, she finds it. If there's something practical, she explains it to you. If there's something that could improve your life, she points it out with her radiant energy. She has that special talent for getting straight to the point without losing sight of the big picture. And she always, always, always highlights the positive: of the houses, the opportunities, and life itself. With her, even a sliding door seems to have personality. In short: Lorena is remarkable. A professional who accompanies you, listens to you, guides you, and makes you feel you're in good hands. Sitges has many wonderful things… and Lorena is one of them.

good comments about you

We were looking for a house, but Lorena told me about a plot of land she had come across, and it turned out to be a real gem. Although the process took more than six months, I felt protected and supported by her every step of the way. She took care of things that probably weren't her responsibility, just to put my mind at ease and answer all my questions. You can tell she's someone who genuinely cares about the feelings of everyone involved, not just about closing the deal. And even though the sale is finalized, she's still been there for me: she's given me contacts for the next stage, as if her support didn't end with the signing. Lorena, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your warmth and kindness, for making me feel like family during a process that can sometimes be overwhelming. I'm so incredibly lucky to have found you. ❤️

Many thanks to Lorena for her dedication, empathy, and excellent advice during the sale of our apartment. She is a true professional whom I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone interested in real estate.

Lorena is simply exceptional. She's lovely, incredibly hardworking, and always goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. She was with us throughout both the purchase and sale, demonstrating commitment, professionalism, and genuine dedication to her work, always with special care and attention. Without a doubt, she's an agent you can fully trust. Forever grateful for all your support. Thank you!
