Lorena, we couldn't have asked for better support during this time. An excellent professional, approachable, very attentive to everything, and incredibly dedicated. She goes above and beyond to help; she's a sweetheart. 100% recommended, and she'll definitely be on our list for any paperwork.

I want to especially thank Lorena for her excellent service throughout the entire rental process. From the very first moment, she was approachable, kind, and highly professional. We went through a fairly complex property purchase, but throughout the entire process we were supported with great patience, professionalism, and availability. Leo was always attentive to our needs and, above all, able to handle both the buyer’s and the seller’s needs with balance and sensitivity. We particularly appreciated his ability to listen, mediate during the more delicate moments, and find practical solutions, while always maintaining an empathetic and professional approach. His expertise made the experience much smoother and more reassuring. We truly appreciated his way of working and we definitely recommend him.
