Beautiful apartment in the exclusive residential area of Vinyet. It is ideal for families. On the first floor, it has 3 rooms; one with a double bed, another with a trundle bed and a third single. It has two full bathrooms; one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. It is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and includes a parking space and access to the community facilities: garden and pool. Just 200m from the beach. Only rentals of minimum 30 nights. Available JULY and AUGUST.

Arrival information:

Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30
For check-ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Departure information:

Departure time is 11 am
Remember to turn off the AC before your departure.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place, never in the lock.
