Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning service prior to check in and after check out. For stays longer than 14 days we offer clean linen and towels at mid stay.

This property does not allow pets.
A security deposit equal to two months' rent is necessary upon signing the lease. However, we can be flexible depending on the conditions of the contract.
Each property includes a cleaning fee with a minimum set to keep the property in optimal condition.
Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.
Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
