Located in the vibrant heart of Sitges, in the Center neighborhood, is this cozy apartment with capacity for six guests . Perfect for an unforgettable family vacation or a revitalizing trip with friends, this establishment is located just a five-minute walk from San Sebastián beach.

The Charming Patio has two double bedrooms , each of them equipped with large closets. These rooms, being interior and having small windows, ensure a quiet and restful rest . The apartment also has a comfortable sofa bed.

Among the amenities offered by the Charming Patio are its high-speed internet connection , AC , television , and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee maker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster; everything you need to prepare delicious meals in the comfort of your vacation rental. From the dining room, you can access the private patio , perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or enjoying an outdoor dinner.

Upon departure, remember that the cut-off time is 11 am. Don't forget to turn off the AC and leave the keys in a visible place, but never in the lock.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
