Description of the property

This captivating apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, on the second line of the sea and strategically located in the exclusive Vinyet neighborhood. It is a blink of an eye from the beach and 500 meters from the popular Sausalito beach bar, while it takes 10 minutes on foot to reach the center and its attractions.

The Blue Nirvana was recently renovated to offer a contemporary design with elegant furniture and maximum comfort. There is parquet flooring throughout the apartment, except for the bathrooms and the open kitchen, which share the same stone flooring.

The bright living room opens onto a large deck for relaxing, perfect for dining al fresco while listening to the waves crashing on the shore. It is an Eden of tranquility with magical views of the blue sea on the horizon.

Back inside, the common areas have been elegantly decorated, combining gray and blue tones with the purity of the white walls. It has a black leather sofa in front of the fireplace and the dining table seats 6 people. Some architectural barriers have been removed to smoothly merge the kitchen with the living room and allow the cook to socialize with the guests.

It is fully functional and equipped with all the essentials - built in oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and even 3 different coffee machines to choose from depending on one's taste - nespresso, tassimo and a drip coffee maker. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine.

At the front of the apartment, there is a blue double bedroom opening onto the terrace, with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and double sink.

At the back of the apartment, there is a purple double room and a blue room with two single beds, spacious and bright. They share a full bathroom with a shower.

There is air conditioning and heating throughout the house, as well as high-speed Internet and a private parking space in the same building. It is ideal for families or groups of friends and is an excellent option for all those looking for an apartment full of poetry and a Mediterranean atmosphere.

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
