Description of the property

The Blue Nirvana

This captivating apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, on the second line of the sea and strategically located in the exclusive Vinyet neighborhood. It is just a stone's throw from the beach and 500 meters from the well-known Sausalito beach bar, while it takes 10 minutes on foot to reach the center and its attractions.

Blue Nirvana was recently renovated to offer a contemporary design with elegant furniture and maximum comfort. There is parquet flooring throughout the apartment, except for the bathrooms and the open kitchen which share the same stone floor.

The bright living room opens onto a large relaxing terrace, perfect for alfresco dining while listening to the waves crashing on the shore. It is an Eden of tranquility with magical views of the blue sea on the horizon.

Again inside, the common areas have been elegantly decorated combining gray and blue tones with the purity of the white walls. It has a black leather sofa in front of the fireplace and the dining table seats 6. Some architectural barriers have been removed to smoothly merge the kitchen with the living room and allow the cook to socialize with guests.

It is fully functional and equipped with all the essentials: integrated oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and even 3 different coffee machines to choose from depending on one's taste: nespresso, tassimo and a drip coffee maker. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room with a washing machine.

At the front of the apartment, there is a blue double bedroom opening onto the terrace, with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, heated towel rail and double sink.

At the back of the apartment, there is a purple double room and a blue twin room, both spacious and bright. They share a full bathroom with a shower.

There is air conditioning and heating throughout the house, as well as high-speed Internet and a private parking space in the same building. It is ideal for families or groups of friends and is an excellent option for all those looking for an apartment full of poetry and a Mediterranean atmosphere.

In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
