Description of the property

Oasis Sinia

5 minutes from the beach, and in the OASIS area of Sitges, is this 3-bedroom apartment for 6 people.

The Mercadona supermarket is less than 5 minutes away (as is the train station) but if you want something even closer, there is a small Caprabo supermarket under the apartment.

Sitges beach is a 5-minute walk away, as are the bars and restaurants that we like the most.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony large enough to eat, sunbathe or have a drink. It is a simple apartment, very spacious, comfortable and very well located. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a large table with chairs, air conditioning, Wifi, TV and access to the balcony overlooking the street.

The kitchen is a separate room. Equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine.

The 3 rooms are double. One of them has 1 double bed (1.35x1.90) and the other 2 rooms have 2 single beds each. There are 2 full bathrooms with tubs in the hallway.

There is air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and in the living room.

It is ideal for people with reduced mobility as it has an elevator that goes to the apartment.

The building has a community pool for the use of our guests. If you need parking, you can request it in advance and we will do everything possible to offer you a space in this building.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
