Apartment Seaside April

Fantastic 3-bedroom apartment on a quiet street in the beach area of San Sebastián. Just 5 minutes walk from the center and very close to the El Vivero restaurant; a magical place to dine by the sea.

The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Ideal for families with children or also for couples traveling together.

The entire apartment has a beautiful wooden floor in a warm cherry tone that makes it a cozy home when you are away from home. The living-dining room is spacious and bright with a large two-seater sofa and a smart TV. It is perfect for teleworking if necessary during the holidays, with high-speed fiber internet.

It has central air conditioning and heating, as well as all the comforts of a new and modern apartment.

The kitchen is large and functional, with all the necessary appliances, ceramic hob and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

The rooms are located on the opposite side of the beach and restaurants, thus guaranteeing everyone's rest. There is a master bedroom with a double bed and then two further bedrooms, both with good size bunk beds. They share 2 full bathrooms; one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and will be perfect for all those who prefer to avoid stairs and/or with reduced mobility.

For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
