April - June = €3,000

July - August = €6,000

September = €3,500

October - December = €2,500

 

RENTAL OPTION OF MINIMUM 11 MONTHS , PRICE: €3,300/MONTH

SUPPLIES, GARDEN AND POOL MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE GUEST IN ALL RENTALS.

A monthly fixed amount (€310) will be charged to cover these consumptions and at the end of the rental it will be regularized according to the meter reading and the amount of the invoices.
