In addition, its proximity to essential amenities, such as the "Town Bus" bus station just 300 meters away, a supermarket 500 meters away and the "Sitges" train station one kilometer away, makes your stay easier.

This space offers a large 20 square meter terrace to enjoy the sound of the waves and the fresh sea air. It also has internet access (Wi-Fi), a private balcony, heating with electric radiators for greater comfort, and a refreshing community pool next to the sea, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.

In addition, it includes covered parking in the same building, two fans for warmer days, a television and DVD player for additional entertainment.

The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
