Terms of Payment

• A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
• The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and service charges: 10% VAT included. City tax of €1.75 per person per night included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 17 exempt).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
• In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
