Description of the property
Villa Tarantino is a unique and stunning modern Mediterranean villa with many attractive features making it a favourite for many. Located less than 50 metres from the beach, this villa offers high quality finishings, top end appliances and a modern Mediterranean atmosphere. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and faces out to the garden and pool – great for keeping an eye on the kids. There is a built in conventional oven, microwave, fridge and a spacious sociable kitchen island. Both the dining area and the living areas open onto the large terrace and garden by the pool. The bedrooms are all located on the second floor accommodates all of the bedrooms in this villa – Bedroom 1 (Double) and 2 (Triple) Bedrooms and 3 Double Ensuite with Shower. Some of the bedrooms have views of the garden and sea views. Outside there is a beautiful pool for sole use of the guests. The pool is surrounded by a manicured, modern garden where you chill probably tasting the salt of the sea… , it is so close!

Check-in is from 16:00. If you arrive after 21:00, you will pay an additional fee of €30 and €50 after 12 midnight. Arrival before 16:00 is subject to availability.
Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

- A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
- The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.
Cancellation Policies
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
