Description of the property
Cozy house with private pool and garden in an urbanization in the Garraf Natural Park. With capacity for 9 people, it is located in Olivella just 10 minutes from Sitges and the beach (7 km). You can go to the beach enjoying a landscape of pine trees and vineyards, an authentic Mediterranean landscape. 40 minutes from Barcelona and 30 minutes from El Prat airport. It has all the services nearby: supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants ... Inside the house, accessing the first floor is the spacious living room, with sofa bed, and open and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, utensils, coffee maker ..). Going up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the complete bathroom with shower and the four bedrooms: two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with a single bed. From this floor we can go directly to the terrace that is above the porch and from which you can see the beautiful views of the Natural Park and the vineyards. In the outdoor area, we find the cozy porch of the house, ideal to enjoy long breakfasts and meals, or simply as a relaxing area. The barbecue area, fully equipped and with a large table. Right next to it, there is the pool with fantastic views of the landscape and the garden with several sun loungers. In addition there is also a bathroom with shower and a large pantry with fridge and freezer. This fantastic house is ideal to spend a few days with family or friends. You have the possibility of keeping the car inside the farm (2 vehicles) and free and free parking next to the house.

- A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
- The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.
Cancellation Policies
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
