We have Lorena at Hello Homes and can only wholeheartedly recommend her. She has demonstrated great professionalism, constant availability, and meticulous attention to detail in all our interactions. Lorena, we couldn't have asked for better support during this time. An excellent professional, approachable, very attentive to everything, and incredibly dedicated. She goes above and beyond to help; she's a sweetheart. 100% recommended, and she'll definitely be on our list for any paperwork.

Lorena is lovely! She helped us so much with the purchase of our house. She's a wonderful, kind, and caring person, always with a smile. She's definitely a 10/10.

Lorena, thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ Sometimes, when you start a process like this, you think you're simply going to find someone to help you sell a property, but with Lorena, it was so much more than that. From the very first moment, she made us feel supported, listened to, and understood. Lorena was attentive to us at all times, taking care of every detail and even helping us with tasks that weren't her responsibility. And she always did it with tremendous willingness and care. For us, it was so important to find someone who, in addition to doing her job impeccably, is truly committed and cares about the people she works with. She gave us peace of mind in moments when we needed it and helped us far more than she probably even realizes. Lorena, we are incredibly grateful for everything: your professionalism, your patience, your approachability, and above all, the human touch you demonstrated throughout the entire process. We feel so lucky to have found you and, especially, to have worked with such a great professional and a wonderful person. Lorena is someone you always want to be around. Thank you for everything ❤️

Lorena was amazing throughout our search for an apartment in Sitges. She was so kind, professional, and attentive from the very beginning. She went above and beyond to help us, which made the whole process incredibly easy. We recommend her 100%. Thank you so much for everything, Lorena! 🤍

Words cannot express our gratitude to Lorena for everything she has done for us during such an important time as buying our house. From the very beginning, her warmth, dedication, and commitment made the entire process much more than just a simple real estate transaction. She has always been available, guiding us every step of the way with endless patience and impeccable professionalism. But above all, we want to highlight something that has been fundamental for us: her enormous empathy and sensitivity to the needs of my mother, who is visually impaired. She listened, understood, and attended to every detail as if it were her own. Lorena didn't just help us find a house; she helped us find a home. And along the way, we gained something even more valuable: the peace of mind of knowing we were in the best hands… and the joy of knowing we now have a friend in Sitges. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, Lorena. We will never forget it.

We received excellent service from Lorena throughout the entire purchase process. She guided, advised, and helped us every step of the way, taking care of every detail to ensure a smooth experience. She was attentive and supportive at every stage and made us feel very well taken care of. Thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic. Lorena is a true professional, knowledgeable about the real estate sector, and combines seriousness, rigor, commitment, and empathy with her clients. I would definitely use her again for any transaction in this area. Thank you so much for your excellent service and dedication throughout the entire process.

Many thanks to Lorena for her dedication, empathy, and excellent advice during the sale of our apartment. She is a true professional whom I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone interested in real estate.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Lorena and Alexia to help us buy our first home. It was a very exciting time for us, but also quite scary because it was our first purchase, we weren't familiar with the process, and we had so many questions. From the very beginning, they helped us with absolutely everything, always with immense patience, warmth, and availability. They were attentive to every detail, answering our questions and guiding us every step of the way, making everything so much easier and helping us feel calm and secure throughout the process. We are so grateful to have had them with us during such an important time, and we truly believe we couldn't have asked for better support. Thank you so much for everything, for your patience, and for being there for us until we finally had the keys to our first home ♥️
