Local Work, Global World
Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

From the view of a neighbour i must say that this agency doesn’t care at all for the people living around. Since years we are in trouble with Hello Homes, had to call the police several times due to the fact that they rent the house to loud groups even though it’s surrounded by families with young or very young children. Even the fact that there is an agreement with the house owners is ignored by them since two years. This is the best way to bring touristic rental in discredit! So go on like that, Hello Homes!

I am completely satisfied with how Leandro handled the sale of my house. He is a fantastic salesman and a wonderful person. He perfectly matched the buyer profile and was completely honest with us and with the people who visited my house. I would definitely use his services again. (Translated by Google)

Excellent experience. The apartment was very comfortable, beautiful, and well-equipped, in the center of Sitges, close to restaurants, supermarkets, a bus stop, and the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. (Translated by Google) Excellent experience. Top apartment in terms of location. 4 bedrooms with bathroom: it is a real comfort for a group of 4 couples. The bedding is very good. Small downside: the smell of sewage in the bathrooms. Some utensils to change: shower hoses in particular. But great value for money.

Apartment very close to Sant Sebastià beach. With very new and pleasant interior renovation. It was very clean. It is a bar with a large interior terrace, ideal for lunch or dinner. We were very pleased and would definitely do it again. Very good experience.
