Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

Check in was great, a charming young man called Oscar met us on arrival. We have stayed at this apartment twice and the view of the sea is amazing. Location was fab with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Booking with Kate was made very easy and the staff were easy to contact should you have any queries. Would stay there again.

The location is near if the beach is the best thing the bad is only 120cm for 190 cm so small for 2 person the cooler working but the engin putting the worm air out is hidden in box in the appart and make such noise each 5 minute the fan turning. So at last if I return will be only for the situation near location and supermarket not far too

We spend 6 days in Sitges and it was incredible ! The apartment was super clean and the localisation was perfect HelloHomes, and particularly Oscar, was very available and friendly Would come back and would recommend !

Fantastic apartment in a residential unit , would be ideal for family or a small group. Great location, easy walking distance to beach, restaurant. Brilliant pool aswell. Couldn't recommend enough

Great house. Clean. Perfect condition. Close to perfection. One of the best quality ans stays I ever had. 5 stars if there where not 2 big massive complaints: 1) they “forgot” to tell us that the builing next door is being renovated (hammering walls, drilling floors and concrete and noise all day long) and 2: two beds are thin camping beds. Not even stable. Cracking and making noise (and twice fall down in the middle of the night while sleeping). Both problems needs to be adressed when Hello Homes is trying to be professional… as said. The rest...

Great place. The view from balcony is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. The rooms are tidy and beds are comfy. The only thing is trains passing by. We had no problem with it and after midnight they are not running however if somebody is fragile to the sound it may be a little bit annoying. Anyways, I recommend it truly.

If you want to be in the heart of Sitges.. its a great apartment to stay in. From the outside balcony is a great view of the beach at the end of the road. There's no lift so you need to be fit to climb the stairs.

Magnificent view of the Mediterranean from the terrace of this pretty, well-equipped, clean apartment, pleasant for a stay for two. We loved the view and the proximity to the port, the beaches, the city center of Sitges. Thank you for letting us enjoy this place that we particularly like.

Apartment in a very quiet street next to the family beach of Sant Sebastià. It is very well renovated, equipped and clean. Totally recommended.
