Lorena is a highly professional, organized, dynamic, approachable, friendly, and very attentive. We had an amazing stay! The apartment looks better than the pictures in the listing and the location was perfect. It is across from the train, which you can occasionally hear, but it did not bother us. The staff's responsiveness is incredible. They are so helpful, i couldn't imagine a better experience. The cleaners also did an amazing job. Thank you!
