Local Work, Global World
Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

Great apartment and recommend booking directly rather than booking platforms. Comfortable, well decorated and well located. Meeting the rep was easy and a good handover

We stayed at the Balmins White apartment through Hello Homes. This was a very clean and cozy apartment! Perfect place to stay for our family, 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment was as described and the communication with Hello Homes was excellent!

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, close to a big supermarket and a good bakery. The apartment has everything you need and the swimming pool is the best part of it.

I wasn't going to review Hello Sitges as I had reviewed the property via Booking.com. However, since reading previous reviews of apartment Aolani at 74 Carrer Rafael Llopart I discover that previous guests had the same issues and Hello Sitges did nothing to fix the them. I reported bulbs missing from lamps, and some lamps.not functioning at all as did previous guests, why didn't they fix them ? I also noticed yellow stained mattress protector and bedsheets and am shocked that previous guests have said the same, and once again Hello Sitges have...
