Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful from the style to the archways, to the patio. Our family of 5 fit perfectly and had room to spare. It’s so close to the beach, the library, little markets and shops. The restaurant next door smells delicious, has amazing food and the staff are very kind.

Stayed in June 2022. Excellent apartment - spacious, smart, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Lovely terraces to sit out and just a few minutes walk from both the beach and the centre of town. Hello Homes were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful property right across the beach! Super clean and beautifully decorated with tons of art. Management was super helpful and fast to respond with any questions. Best location to stay in Sitges, highly recommend this gem!

As stunning as it looks. Bring instant coffee, your own coffee maker, and soap. Water not potable - bring water. 7 out of 5 nevertheless.

Great apartment in a great location. Clean, tidy, bright and airy, and just a short stroll from the train station, beach and all shops. Air con in all rooms was also much appreciated! Will be booking again.

This business is horrible, unprofessional and they stole lots of money from us. They're sold our house in Sitges and because we live overseas and couldn't travel because of covid restricciones we have to give them a power of attorney and they took advantage of it doing things there weren't allowed and paying things with our money they weren't allow and we couldn't do anything because we are 17.000 km away. We trusted in them and they just lie to us therefore we have lost lot of money for trusting this business. Really traumatic experience for u...

Amazing location to everything you need and the beach within 7 minutes of walking. Place is very cute and we loved the balcony the best. We were outside as much as possible. Upstairs is very tight and low hanging ceilings along with very steep spiraling staircase so not suitable for small children or older folks so my husband and I took that room. Would recommend this place and come back again.
