Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

This is a terrible business. Do not rent from them. I rented an apartment from them in Sitjes this past week. First of all, they arrived 30 minutes late to give us keys and let us in the property. We requested more towels and Ruth at the Hello Homes office said she would have someone drop them by later. That never happened and we were there for 4 days 5 nights. The building seemed to have minimal oversight and no cleaning of shared spaces. The worse was that when we left the apartment on Sunday we were told to leave the keys inside which we did...

Be very wary of Hello Homes. We will never book with them again. 1. Upon arrival, were were assured that we would be met by our representative at 10:00. At 10:30, a young man showed up saying that he just happened to go by the office and was told we were waiting to enter the apartment. If he hadn't chanced to go by the office, we might be waiting still. Exceedingly unprofessional. 2. The apartment does have a wonderful view but it is right above the train station and is on one of the busiest roads in Sitges. It's not quiet. 3. *There is no e...

Very nice and modern apartment with a marvelous terrace. Close to the beach, also you may find big variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Wonderful boulevard, if it's possible to say, near the sea where you could make evening promenade. Stuff is very friendly and try to help you at any time with any question. You may offer a transfer from the airport and baby bassinet so don't hesitate to ask. Highly recommend

They retain your money (1month deposit and bills you paid in advanced) until the very last minute (30 days after your stay) to give it back to you. And of course they never provide the invoices, so you just have to trust them. I'd suggest to find another company to rent.
