Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

Great welcome, the apartment is very well located (near the city center, but far from the hustle and bustle) with secure parking space. Apartment spotless with lots of amenities, large terrace... Air conditioning welcome in summer: it's hot in Catalonia. Attentive customer service... The kindness and welcome of the Catalans adds to the charm of the stay in a magnificent setting. I think I've found my second home!

What fantastic experience we had in the center of Sitges. The apartment is perfect - we were a group of six and it it spacious, modern and well equipped with plenty of room for everyone. With both the beach and pool within two minutes walk the location is perfect. There's also a superb supermarket less than 15 minutes away which was really useful on the days we self-catered but similarly there's both a pool and beach bar right on the doorstep so on the days you want to totally relax you won't go far wrong here. Renovated apartment located 1.5 km from the city center, well equipped, shame there are no instructions for using certain devices, no French TV channel and no information on how to get to the swimming pool (remember to give all this information when vacationers arrive)

Modern and very spacious property, with amazing balcony and large terrace providing beautiful sea views. Only a short walk to centre of Sitges (even with two 4 month old babies). Hosts were excellent and provided any support we needed. Would highly recommend and strongly consider staying here again if we visit Sitges in future.

Apartment as in the photo. Everything perfect. The owner very kind. Through cell phone we were able to manage the arrival and departure times and the things we needed. If I return to Sitges it will definitely be my ideal place

We really enjoyed our stay at La Gioia appartement. The place is really bright and confortable with a fantastic view on the old church and on the sea! The view is really a plus ! The two balconies are big enough to seat at 6 to admire the view. More over it is a very quiet appartement. We also enjoyed the overall service provided by the agency Hello Homes Sitges.
