Hello, I'm Hello Homes Sitges!

We had a wonderful vacation. The apartment was very clean, cozy and comfortable.

Great stay in all ways. Beautiful appartment, perfect location, amazing roof terrace and private pool and very good communication with Hello Homes. Highly recommended.

Hello Homes Sitges had promised us a nice house with a wooden yard which, among other things, would contain a ping pong table and working showers, chairs, mirco air conditioner, etc. We also did not receive any compensation after our failed trip with lots of mess. Right now, Hello Homes Sitges is ignoring us and that is nothing to recommend.

Property Beach house Paradise in Sitges should NOT be rented out before it is properly checked. Water boiler was broken and kept us awake the nights. For three days we were without warm water. Not to mention many items, which were broken. We had to film, take photos and talk with the stuff daily. When there was water leaking to neighbours and electricity off because of using airconditioner, we complaint. As a result, Home Sitges TOTALLY ignored us - leaving us with no compensation.

We stayed in Beach house Sitges during juli and almost everything was broken in the house. They fixed some of the things during our stay but the worst thing is that they totally ignore and does not answer our request about compensation for all the inconvenience it caused us.

Los Globos Beach Apartment: the difference between budget accommodation and an owner who does not seem to care. When I made the booking for this studio I was expecting a basic and clean place in a good location. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the location. Close to the beaches and the gardens + pool are very nice too. Based on the experience during my stay, I cannot recommend the studio itself. I found too many things that are very old, broken, falling apart or just suffering from a lack of TLC by the owner. It was not too clean eithe...

I have been able to book an apartment in Sitges with Hello Homes for many years now. I have only ever had good experiences with Ruth and her team. Sometimes you have to explain exactly how you want the apartment cleaned. But after that it works out well. The location is perfect and very central, whether for shopping, going out or very close to the beach. The only negative point is when a family is renting the ground floor apartment and they smoke in the courtyard early in the morning or have a loud breakfast. As the bedrooms face the courtyard ...

In June, five of us stayed in the rental apartment "Moonlight Sea View" for five nights. The location of the apartment was perfect for us and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away. All of the rooms had air conditioning and the view from the balcony or the roof terrace was really nice. What we didn't like were the following points: When we arrived at the apartment, we noticed that some of the fitted sheets on the beds were dirty and had stains. First, the double window is an " amazing" plus to this unit, to relax and sleep quietly. Great local, in the heart of town and events, close to convenient stores and restaurants. The beach is just cross the road. Walking distance to the train station. Very well equipped ( washing machine, fish washer, water heater, air con, kitchenware....) Huge balcony with a nice view ( sea and the main street) , for dine in and relax Enough space for 2 adult travelers No lift, so not recommended for wheel chair or people who can't take stairs

Very nice and big accommodation next to the harbour of Sitges, Spain. The check-in and check-out were smooth and the deposit was refunded quickly. Everything in the accommodation was clean and modern. The roof terrace was big and looking nice. Only the pillows on the loungeset could use a change. We would really come here again if we would visit Sitges and recommend this accommodation to others.

The apartment met my requirements: the presence of a beach, a pool, restaurants, but away from the bustling center. Everything was great, I am happy with the apartment.

The location was fantastic and the apartment lovely. Very clean and well stocked. The staff were responsive and friendly. The booking and check in were well organized, with one note that it was a little confusing who I was to call when I arrived (there were several check in phone numbers and I guess I was using the wrong one initially). This was quickly and easily resolved, but just worth noting. Otherwise it was an absolutely perfect experience, I cannot speak highly enough about the location, staff and apartment.
