Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

We had a fantastic stay in this homely and cosy apartment. The check in process was excellent, it made for a very smooth start to the holiday. The flat was very clean. We would have appreciated more pillows though - in the bedroom and for the outdoor furniture. But the location of the apartment was excellent for a first visit to Sitges and to be able to travel into Barcelona as well. Many thanks.

We spent a week at Montroig Zen Penthouse in August and we had a great stay! Couldn’t ask for a more central location - spoilt for choice with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach a 2 minute walk away - and the apartment was immaculately clean, cool in the heat and the rooms were very comfortable. The roof terrace/solarium was by far the showstopper for us (there’s also a utility room on the roof with a fridge freezer and sink, perfect for making drinks without haven’t to go down stairs). Excellent holiday rentals agency in Sitges! Booking and payment was easy and smooth. The communication before the start of our holiday was also great. And the check in was quick and pleasant. We also got good tips about parking and eating out. I highly recommend Hello Homes. We are a family of four and we stayed in Warm Sands apartment. This is the second time I’ve used Hello Homes for accommodation in Sitges, Spain. This company have great apartments to rent at reasonable prices. The team are extremely accommodating and professional from the moment your booking has been made. Constant contact and 24/7 help. Courier to and from your arrival airport is also available. The staff are very welcoming and there is no problem too small for them to help. I will 100% be booking with this fabulous company again.

Very good stay. Apartment conforms to the photos. Quiet, close to shops and the beach on foot. We liked Sitges, very pleasant. Only small downside we found our car scratched in the parking lot linked to the apartment. The hazards of parking. However, we will come back with pleasure.
