Description of the property

The Hermione apartment is located in the San Crispín area, in a very quiet area of the center of Sitges. Just 5 minutes from the beach.
It has the advantage of being in a quiet area very close to the best bars and restaurants in Sitges.
It has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a balcony facing the street.
On the first floor without elevator, it is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy Sitges in a quiet place but within walking distance of the center and the beach.

The San Crispín neighborhood is a residential area very close to everything you need to enjoy a vacation without having to travel other than on foot.

Sitges train station is a 5-minute walk away, as is the city centre.
The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped to prepare any meal, it has an oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker.
The bar separates the kitchen from the living room.

The living room has a table, chairs, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It has large windows that overlook the balcony that overlooks the street.

One bedroom has a double bed, large closets, a fan and access to the balcony.
Another bedroom is single, it has 2 bunk beds.

The bathroom located in the hallway has a shower.

It is a simple apartment a few meters away from the center of Sitges and with the necessary services to spend a few days enjoying the tranquility of the place.

Check In Information:

- Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. After from 9pm there is a small fee of €30 and after midnight it is €50.

- Departure time is at 11am.

- Fees must be paid tourist fees required by the Sitges City Council (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

Availability

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
