Magic Sea Front

Magic Sea Front is a beautiful apartment with wonderful views. If you are looking to relax, hear the noise of the sea and not be in the center of town, this apartment is an excellent choice.

It is located in the exclusive Punta Gaviota urbanization a few minutes from the center of Sitges by car. The urbanization is 10 minutes walk from the port of Sitges and the beaches of Aiguadolç and about 25 minutes walk from the town. It has a parking area but it is not possible to reserve a space.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. The room has a very comfortable bed, during the winter you can see the sunrise. The bathroom has a bathtub with hydromassage and a shower with a rain diffuser with sea views. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 additional people.

The views give this apartment a plus. It has air conditioning in the living room, heating and Wi-Fi. The Windows have thermal and acoustic insulation, double glass and quality closure.

The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped for your comfort.

There is a beautiful communal pool for exclusive use and gardens with sea views.

It is located about 10 minutes walk from Aiguadolç beach and about 3 minutes from a beautiful cove.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
