Apartment Warm Sands

The Warm Sands design apartment is located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator.

The apartment is equipped with fiber optic Internet connection and has air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. The bedrooms also have a ceiling fan.

Upon entering the apartment, the guest will find a spacious living room with wooden floors and modern furniture.

From the balcony of the living room, the guest will enjoy views of a small square.

The modern American kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.

Next to the kitchen there is a small laundry room with a washing machine.

The Warm Sands apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Both bedrooms are each equipped with two single beds and wardrobes.

A modern designed bathroom separates the two bedrooms. It is fully equipped with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.

The guest staying in the Warm Sands apartment can relax on the beach, practice all kinds of active sports or take a tourist route through the city of Barcelona.

It is a 5-minute walk from Barcelona train station.

Security Deposit

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
