Fantastic apartment with a spectacular terrace with sea views.

Located in the exclusive La Levantina Urbanization, this apartment has capacity for 4 people. Its impressive views and private terrace will make your stay an authentic experience for all 5 senses.

The apartment is located on the third floor. Upon entering we directly access the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your vacation. From the living room you can access the magnificent terrace, a luxury where you can relax and spend good times with your companions.

It also has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has a bathroom for all guests with a shower tray. The house has Free Wifi throughout the apartment.

It is very easy to park on the street very close to the apartment, being in a residential area.

The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
