Flamingo Apartment

In the center and steps from the San Sebastián beach in Sitges you will enjoy this fantastic apartment composed of a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large terrace.

It is located on the second floor of the building. Upon entering you are immediately enveloped in a unique atmosphere and setting. A wide hallway takes you to the living-dining room and the bedroom area.

The living room is separated from the dining room and has access to a pleasant terrace. The dining room is spacious with cozy and bright decoration. The color contrasts as well as the natural light spots turn the living room into a cozy living space.

The terrace is ideal for lunch or dinner outdoors with an awning for sunny days and double glass doors.

In the same hallway we find a fully equipped kitchen.

At the other end of the apartment we find the two bedrooms, spacious, cozy and identical with built-in wardrobes. It consists of a shared bathroom with all the comforts and a hydromassage shower.

This spectacular apartment has impeccable finishes and all the details have been meticulously worked on. And of course, it has air conditioning and central heating.

It is located in the center of Sitges, 100 meters from Sant Sebastián beach. Close to shops, bars and emblematic restaurants such as Cable.

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
