Ferdinand

Ferdinand is a charming studio located on the second floor of a building without elevator, just 50 meters from the beach and on a vibrant street. If you enjoy going out at night for a drink or partying after a day at the beach, this apartment will captivate you. In just 3 minutes, you will be close to a lively area with bars, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets.

This space is ideal for couples or independent travelers who want to enjoy Sitges from a central location, close to the beaches and the busiest places. Everything you need for an entertaining holiday is just 25 meters away. The room, integrated into the living room, has a comfortable double bed measuring 1.3 m x 1.90 m. Roller blinds provide privacy to each area of the studio.

The balcony, with a very comfortable table and sofas, offers views of the sea and the lively Calle del Pecado. If you prefer to have fun without leaving home, simply take your glass of wine to the balcony and enjoy the viewing.

Although the kitchen is small, it is fully equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave. In the living room, you will find a table and a sofa bed. The apartment has air conditioning, fan and wifi. It should be noted that the entire apartment has access to a balcony, but keep in mind that the street is one of the main streets in Sitges, where there are bars and restaurants that close after dawn. For this reason, the Ferdinand studio has a very effective enclosure to isolate the hustle and bustle at certain times.

The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
