Dalisay Apartment
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one double with large closets and the other with bunk beds and a small closet and study area. Both bedrooms are exterior-facing and bright. The entire apartment is parquet flooring, except for the kitchen-dining room, bathroom, and laundry room. It is very spacious and bright, perfect for couples with or without children. The open-plan kitchen has been completely renovated and has all the necessary appliances: dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.It has a practical laundry room with a toilet and a lovely furnished terrace where you can enjoy sunny days and, why not, dine al fresco. This apartment has high-speed internet, ideal for teleworking. Internet access, water, and gas are included in the rental price. Heating is provided by electric radiators, and the apartment does not have air conditioning due to its excellent insulation.

- A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
- The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.
Cancellation Policies
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
