Description of the property
MASIA is an authentic Catalan country house set on private secluded grounds. It is a dream location because it combines comfort and tranquility in a perfect environment. With the Masia as your base, you are perfectly located to enjoy all the wonders the area offers. It’s only a 10 minutes drive to the internationally renowned beach resort of Sitges and a 30 minutes drive to one of Europe’s most exciting cities, Barcelona. The house can accommodate 8 guests. It is a very good choice if you are coming with your family or friends. The house is fully equipped so you can enjoy a dream vacation: WIFI, French and English television channels, fully fitted kitchen, typical Garraf gardens to enjoy a good book. It has a very nice swimming pool with sun loungers and jacuzzi. It also has a separate barbacue area in the courtyard where you can enjoy a tasty meal while admiring the magnificent views of the masia’s grounds and countryside. For those who enjoy biking, they can go to the surrounding countryside of the Garraf National Park and for the ones that are keen on vineyards they can request a tour of the Penedés Wine region. You can combine activities with relax, there is something to do for everyone. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - Tourist taxes must be paid, as required by the Townhall of Sitges (0.90 euros per person per night | maximum of 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)

Check in Time
Check-in is from 16:00. If you arrive after 21:00, you will pay an additional fee of €30 and €50 after 12 midnight. Arrival before 16:00 is subject to availability.
Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.
Additional information
A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Terms of Payment
- A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
- The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.
Taxes and Service Charges
Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).
Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.
Cancellation Policies
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
