Description of the property
Semi-detached house in Urbanization Levantina, in a very quiet area, located very close to the Port of Aiguadolç, the beautiful Marina beach and 3 minutes from public transport. The house consists of 200m2, distributed over 4 floors, all exterior, it has incredible light in each of its rooms. In the basement we find the private parking for cars, bicycles and motorcycles. The main floor consists of a courtesy bathroom, a large gas stove. It has a spacious and open-plan living-dining room of about 50m2 with a beautiful fireplace, connected to a large garden of about 55m2, where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. It has a communal area, with a large pool and garden area facing south, all day you can enjoy the sun, a community with few neighbors and very quiet. On the second floor, there is a suite bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and access to a terrace of about 8m2, the suite is very spacious and bright. There are also two bedrooms, one single and one double. The third floor is a large living room with high ceilings, with access to a large terrace of about 12m2 with views of the sea, facing south, it has spectacular light. The house has gas heating, aluminum doors and windows, electric shutters. The community is only 12 neighbors, it is very quiet. Urbanization surrounded by trees, a few minutes from the beach and the Port of Sitges, public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, very well connected to go to Barcelona. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - The tourist taxes required by the SItges City Council must be paid (0.90 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)

- The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Security Deposit
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.
Cancellation Policies
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
- In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
