Little Vine is an old farmhouse of the s. XVII completely renovated and located between Sitges and Vilanova i la Geltrú, just 30 minutes from Barcelona and El Prat airport. This unique house, decorated in a Mediterranean style, is surrounded by vineyards and nature that evokes a lot of tranquility and relaxation, ideal to spend a few days with family and friends surrounded by a natural environment, very close to the beach of Sitges. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, with capacity for 9 people. On the ground floor, there is the entrance with a beautiful old winepress, the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, with an area for embers, and a huge living room with a large queen size bed. There is a full bathroom. In addition, through the entrance and through the kitchen, or from the living room, you have access to the back where the idyllic garden where you can enjoy meals in summer or moments of relaxation. On the upper floor we find two rooms with double beds (Queen size), a room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed. It has a full bathroom with bathtub. The house has WiFi and heating. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - Tourist fees must be paid as required by the Sixt City Council (0.90 euros per person x night, maximum 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay it)

Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning service prior to check in and after check out. For stays longer than 14 days we offer clean linen and towels at mid stay.

Pets are allowed under petition. An extra charge can be applied.
The property offers extra cleaning service for 15 EUR the hour.
Check-in is from 16:00. If you arrive after 21:00, you will pay an additional fee of €30 and €50 after 12 midnight. Arrival before 16:00 is subject to availability.
Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.
There is a private transportation service from the Airport. Ask for more info.
A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.
Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).
The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.
