Description of the property

CASA RUSINYOL is an old fisherman's house, located in the center of Sitges. It is a large house with interior patio and terrace. It has approximately 200m and is distributed over two floors. The private entrance of the house decorated with hand-painted old hydraulic tiles is located on the small and picturesque Calle Sant Bonaventura. The house can accommodate up to 7 people, the building is built with high ceilings and wooden beams. The house has wifi and an air conditioning unit in the living room. On the first floor the guest will find a spacious living room with dining area. The living room has two sofas, one is a sofa bed for two people. There is also a large plasma TV. It has a small balcony overlooking San Bonaventura Street and a staircase that goes up to the second floor. Next to the living room is the dining area with a large table. On the first floor there is also an independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with a sofa bed for one person. This room is separated from the living / dining room by transparent glass doors and has access to an interior courtyard. The patio has terrace furniture and is the ideal place for outdoor dining. There is an outside staircase leading to the second floor solarium which has hammocks. The second floor is also accessible from the living room. Here you can find a room with a double bed, which is actually an open area overlooking the living room. It also has a bathroom with access to the third bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed and has access to the solarium and the inner courtyard. The Sitges station is 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It is also close to bars, clubs and restaurants. Information for Check In: - The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested. - Tourist taxes must be paid, as required by the Townhall of Sitges (0.90 euros per person per night | maximum of 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay it)
