Zen House is a beautiful villa with magnificent sea views, located at the highest part of a hill in the Levantina neighborhood, overlooking the city of Sitges and less than 10 minutes away by car from the center with all its attractions and the sandy beaches. It is less than 30 minutes by car from Barcelona's El Prat airport.

This Mediterranean-style house, with 5 bedrooms and capacity for 13 people, is spread over 3 floors and the entrance is on the upper part of the villa, where there is parking for up to 2 cars.

The first floor is intended for the rest of all guests with the majority of the rooms located here. There are 2 double bedrooms that share a magnificent bathroom with an Italian shower, as well as a hot tub that opens onto the terrace with stunning sea views. One of the rooms has exclusive access to this terrace and shares the same beautiful blue views.

In addition, there are two other bedrooms from which you can contemplate the sea, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds.

Both share a bathroom with shower. Parquet has been used on this floor to make it more welcoming.

Going down the stairs we reach the open concept living room that reflects the modern Mediterranean lifestyle, colorful and simple at the same time. Terrazzo tiles, vaulted arches and large windows offer panoramic sea views from every corner of this room. These are some of the unforgettable features of the hall. Includes a dining table that seats 8 and a comfortable leather sofa facing the fireplace. On the opposite side, there is the fully equipped kitchen with a bar table, gray slate walls and orange ceiling that is an invitation to cook the most imaginative local meals.

The chill out area is a true retreat Zen with a reclining Buddha statue, a padded sofa and exposed wooden beams. It opens onto a beautiful beachfront terrace with exceptional views, the perfect place for family gatherings in the sun while enjoying a barbecue. Following the stairs, you can access the little jewel of this villa: the small private beach of white coral sand.

Coming back inside the house, we can go to the ground floor where there is another living room with a small path on one side of natural stoneware floor. It has its own open concept kitchen, a double sofa bed and a double bed, so it presents itself as a small separate apartment. It also has another separate bedroom with a double bed and authentic stone walls, as well as a bathroom with a hydromassage shower. This is the ground floor, but it is bright and has the most beautiful views of the sea from here. It includes air conditioning and an electric fireplace.

The large outdoor pool is surrounded by palm trees and an orange tree with a place for sun loungers to sunbathe. It is a paradise at your feet, do not miss the opportunity to stay in this magical villa to enjoy a dream vacation!

The block of apartments are quite a walk from the centre of town but the area is very quiet. The views from the complex are great. The apartment was clean and roomy. Thank goodness for aircon. 😀
