Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

We have just returned from another great holiday in sitges. The apartment was amazing, really comfortable, well equipped & a very central location. We did have one member of our party with mobility issues & were abit surprised to find 3 sets of stairs instead of the one for a first floor apartment, but these were fairly shallow & the location of the apartment to get to everywhere else was pretty much on a level.We had a few issues as we found we needed more keys than we were initially given for our group, but hello homes were very prompt reply...

Very nice Appartement and very well equiped! Location is perfect, car park, restaurants, bars, shops and the beach is only a few minutes to walk! Highly recommended!

Top-notch accommodation! Very well maintained, very quiet and with a magnificent view 🤩 Varied and generous breakfast. Close to the train station for easy access to Barcelona. And Krispin, a funny and caring host who provides free access to a bar with affordable prices for drinks. Everything is based on trust. Top-notch 👌

Beautiful, centrally located apartment with a lovely roof terrace. The bathroom is rudimentarily furnished and the beds are relatively uncomfortable.

We recommend this rental in Sitges, a quiet seaside town between the mountains and the sea, and the apartment really met our expectations: number of rooms, terrace and swimming pool in the residence.

Very well located between Barcelona and Tarragona and only 4 km from Sitges beach. To get to Barcelona, you can take the bus for less than €5/person (more convenient than the car)

The Hello Homes team are fantastic, providing friendly and engaging service from the outset. Their office is conveniently located near the station and always staffed. Loved Sitges itself and the La Perla apartment was well appointed, very clean with stunning views. Great memories from this holiday.
