Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

We spent 3 pleasant weeks in July 2024 in this apartment. In order to be able to sleep without the street lights it would be good to put shutters or very blackout curtains. Kind regards Jacques, Jean Michel

Location of the apartment ideal for going to the beach, going out on foot in the evening and leaving Sitges by car or train. The parking space and the swimming pool are very appreciable strong points. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms: the one in the living room is not sufficient to cool the rooms sufficiently at night. The Hello service is very efficient and responds in French, English and Spanish. There is no "welcome package" with the essentials such as oil, salt, sugar and dishwasher tablets.

Lack of comfort in the living room, there is no sofa. There is no oven to cook a pizza. No condiment (salt pepper) in the kitchen. The shower curtain is dirty at the bottom and the shower hose is badly damaged. The iron is in a bad condition. And the clothes horse is partly broken.

My stay with Hello Homes was amazing. The service they offered was really great. Checking in was super helpful. I was always able to text Hello Homes on their Whats App number and they would respond quickly. The apartments look like the picture they have posted, very nice. Great location. Would highly reccomend.

Please use something other than hello homes sitges. I have never had such a bad experience with a holiday apartment provider as I did on this trip. As is usual, a deposit is paid to the provider for the booking, which you should actually get back no later than 7 days after check-out. Not only have I still not got my money back after 8 days, but the provider is looking for defects and then pinning them on you. The provider is now charging me for the cost of a tradesman for a lock that I didn't even use. So I was rented the apartment with a broke...
