Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

We left the house more than clean, but we didn't get our deposit back. The risk of injury at the pool is very high because there was no floor at the edge of the pool and it was only covered with artificial grass. Check out of the house was agreed at 11:00 but we were surprised by cleaning staff at 10:00. I would not recommend anyone renting accommodation here.

Nice properties in themselves, but the deposit I paid was not returned even after a week because I allegedly burned holes in the artificial turf, but other things in the house were broken, such as a shower that didn't work, a few door handles were only hanging on a screw. I was not informed about this. I tried to contact the people several times but they don't answer me at all... very sad

The house was good. But the people you deal with were criminals! My deposit was not paid back and no one answered me. They claimed the grass was burnt. The ground around the pool was also bare and I almost broke my foot! I would not recommend anyone to have anything to do with these people.

The apartment is really perfect, you will be in front of the swimming pool that you will share with locals. There are shops nearby and some restaurants and the beaches are beautiful. Many activities are available in Sitges or in the nearby towns if you are by car. Do not hesitate to book!

Beautiful apartment, within a stone’s throw of the beach. Made full use of the terrace - to eat and relax. Really enjoyed the beach bar at the end of the road as well. Missing a few basics (beach towels, tea towels) that really should be supplied by the service team, but all in all a wonderful escape.

The apartment is very nice and spacious and the pool view (available free of charge) makes everything more beautiful. Two bathrooms perfect for eight people and adequate comforts to stay well for a week or more. The strong point is definitely the very central location that allows you to reach any part of the city in no more than 10 minutes on foot, from the sea to the station. Kind and helpful staff for problems and clarifications. Unfortunately a little noisy at night for the rooms that overlook the square but this does not depend on anyone. E...

Incredibly nice place with a perfect location! The studio is in the middle of a street with lots of bars, but due to two doors leading to the balcony, you hear next to nothing. Perfect size, with kitchen and bathroom containing everything you need. Very satisfied with the stay, and the good help from the hello homes team
