Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

We (2 adults + 1 child) booked an apartment in Sitges through Hello Homes in August 2024 and can definitely not recommend this agency!!! The accommodation did not match the pictures at all. Renovated means at least 6-7 years old. Mold in the corners, broken picture frames, hardly any cutlery (there was e.g. 1 small spoon, 3 forks, ....). No light in the children's room, only a bedside lamp, exactly 4 steel chairs on the balcony, no lounger, ... nothing. The air conditioning worked but you couldn't adjust the temperature, cold as pike soup! Good...

The location, facing the sea, is really ideal. The apartment is functional, comfortable and well decorated. The residence is very quiet. We will certainly return with pleasure.

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment located close to Sitges port. The pool area was large and well maintained. Overall a great place to stay for a weeks holiday.

This is my 4th time staying at this well positioned apartment. 5 minutes to the beach & many restaurants. 10/15 minutes to the supermarket & train. Apartment has very large balcony with awnings. I will be back again

As airbnb have prematurely closed my complaint against this fraudulent property management company, I would warn you again. Do not book with Hello Homes Sitges. Airbnb are clearly colluding with these people to delude you into a property that is not fit. Do not book. Ever. Please!! If you need more details, please email me before considering.

Central location, the station, the beach, the bars are all nearby. That does mean that you hear some noise from the street at night. But with the air conditioning on, and the windows closed, you can sleep peacefully: the air conditioning is very quiet. The apartment is suitable for four guests, with more than four it is too small.

The house was small and cute. It was very clean and with a well stocked kitchen (utensils, glassware, china and pots & pans. It had a few perks… coffee maker with pods and a water bottle in the fridge. There was a tiny amount of dishwashing soap and a new sponge, so we purchased dishwashing soap even though it had a dishwasher with pods. The towels were scratchy so they could use new ones. However, you can’t beat the location. A short walk from the beach and in the middle of the old city of Sitges. It has lots of charm. Vertical living so...

The experience was great! The location is halfway between Calle del Pecado (party, fun, making out) and Platja dels Balmins (flirting and nudism), great for Sitges Bears Week. The staff is friendly. The town is nice. The event was worth it.
